NTAA's new 'Client-to-agent linking' proforma letter for clients

The ATO's new 'Client-to-agent linking' requirements have now been expanded, requiring all types of entities with an ABN (excluding sole traders) to use the new ‘agent nomination feature’ in ‘Online services for business’ when they engage a new agent to represent them, or provide extra authorisation to their existing agents, from 13 November 2023.
