NTAA Membership – Terms and Conditions
Standard Membership
A pro rata refund will be calculated for the remainder of your current membership term and then the following deductions applied:
- Tax Calls: $99 will be deducted for every tax call made during the membership term.
Any unused Tax Calls will expire at the end of each membership year.
Gold Membership
A pro rata refund will be calculated for the remainder of your current membership term and then the following deductions applied:
- Tax Calls: $99 will be deducted for every tax call made.
- Hot Spots Seminar Series: $242 will be deducted for every seminar accessed in the Hot Spots Seminar Series.
Any unused Tax Calls will expire at the end of each membership year.
NTAA Seminar Cancellation Policy
Online and Live Streamed Seminars
If the registrant has not accessed the seminar or materials, a full refund/credit will be available.
There will be no refund/credit available 90 days after purchase.
Face to Face Seminar bookings
It may be necessary to charge a fee when confirmed seminar bookings (see below) are cancelled. However, as an alternative to cancelling, a substitute participant will be accepted, or the amount paid for the seminar may be transferred to another NTAA seminar. If a substitute is not nominated, or the seminar is not transferred, a cancellation fee of $100 will be applied.
Substitution
There is no charge if a participant is substituted for a member that cannot attend on a particular day.
Cancellations
More than 5 working days before the seminar:
- cancellations incur an $100 administration fee.
Within 5 working days of the seminar:
- no refunds will be available for cancellations, although a full set of notes will be provided.
Transfers
More than 2 working days before the seminar:
- a credit for the amount charged may be transferred to any other NTAA seminar without incurring the $100 administration fee.
Within 2 working days:
- transfers incur an $100 administration fee.
The NTAA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses, change speakers or revise content as necessary.

If you are dissatisfied with your product, return it within 14 days of purchase, for a full money-back guarantee.

To order online, please have your VISA, Mastercard, or AMEX ready for when you are sent to the Bendigo Bank site to make a secure payment online.
Secure Online Payments
To make sure that the payments that you make are secure, the NTAA does not record your credit card details, these are sent through to the Bendigo Bank secure payment site.
