Compliance practice - individuals, partnerships, Trusts, Companies, SMSFs and small audits. Currently working five and a half days per week in July and August only. Five days per week in September and only three days per week from October to June. I have four accountants, one bookkeeper/payroll clerk, one receptionist, one office clerk and one review accountant. only one staff member works five days - the rest vary from four hours per week to four days. I would prefer to sell the whole practice, however I am prepared to keep the individual salary returns and look after them July to September leaving the business clients, SMSFs and basic audits to the purchaser.
