One partner (CA, SSA) is focusing on accounting services and another partner (FCPA; CFP; SSA, MFAA) is developing in the financial planning and mortgage broking area. There are two financial planners and three mortgage brokers working in the business. We have developed a unique model to develop amplify the fee income while minimising overheads. We are looking for accounting practices to merge or purchase with greater than $1 for $1 offered. We are open to options and they can be 1. Share cost (office / admin / CRM) 2. Share income (from Financial Planning and Broking) 3. Share staff (Our local manager; supervisor or offshore staff) 4. A standard buy/sell transaction 5.
