The following submissions were lodged in the past month: 

• Joint submission on family trust elections to the Assistant Treasurer and Minister for Finance: Setting out the key policy concerns with the family trust election and family trust distribution tax provisions in the ITAA 1936, and seeking an urgent roundtable with the government (and suggesting potential legislative amendments); and 
• Red Tape Reduction Review: Fringe Benefits Tax (with our proposals focusing on FBT grouping, car parking fringe benefits, car fringe benefits, and meal entertainment).
