AML capture tool now on NTAA's website
We have introduced a new tool on our website to help members determine whether they will be captured by the second tranche of Anti-Money Laundering ('AML') rules which take effect from 1 July 2026. Broadly, these requirements will apply to accountants who provide "designated services" as defined in the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006.
To support members in meeting these obligations, we have partnered with AMLHUB to offer compliance solutions and support ahead of the 1 July 2026 deadline.
We have also worked with AMLHUB to create a seminar series which will be available on demand shortly. The series covers key steps to be taken now to prepare for the upcoming changes and to implement compliant processes before the new regime begins.
